1. My package is taking longer than expected to arrive .

Whilst we endeavour to ship your package as quick as possible in the most efficient way, we cannot always predict how long Australia Post will take to deliver it. We will always give you a tracking no. so you can track the whereabouts on their website.

2. Problems with your order.

You can email us at maskinco@proton.me with any concerns and we will respond promptly to sort out the issue.

3. How do I make a return?

If you would like to return your product you have 30 days from date of purchase. Please email customer service at maskinco@proton.me to request a return authorisation. Please include your order number and the name of the item you wish to return.

Customers are responsible for cost of return shipping. Returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

4.What is your Privacy Policy?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name , email and address.

If you sign up to receive emails we will have your details and with your permission we will send you information.

We will only use it for these reasons specifically.
